Get started with your setup

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following:

  1. Router Requirements

    • A MikroTik router with RouterOS 6.X or newer, 7.X or newer, with access to internet.
    • A stable internet connection

Create an Organization

An organization represents your business entity. It includes:

Multiple Organizations

A user can have multiple organizations. Each organization can only have one currency.

Dashboard

Each organization has its own dashboard providing a complete overview of your business performance and statistics.

Create your first organization

Add a Station

A station represents a Point of Presence (PoP) where your network services are available. It belongs to an organization and includes:

  • station details
  • router(s)

Set up your first station

Register Your Router

A router is the main device that connects your clients to the internet and manages their connection.

Access points and routers

A router is different from an access point (AP) also known as wireless access point (WAP). An access point is a device that lets other devices like phones and laptops connect to a network wirelessly (WiFi). You can connect multiple access points to one router.

Configure Payments

Set up the method(s) with which your customers will pay for services:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Choose your payment provider:
  3. Enter your payment credentials

Set Up Communications

Enable customer notifications through:

Email

SMS

Uses include:

  • Payment confirmations
  • Subscription reminders
  • Service updates
  • Voucher delivery
  • Payment reminders
  • Promotion

Default Services

Default communication services are available if you don't have your own API credentials.

Create Internet Plans

Internet plans are like a mobile data bundle, that gives you internet access for a set duration (hourly, daily, monthly) at a specific speed for a price.
