How to onboard Hotspot customers
Hotspot Users Page
The Hotspot Users page provides a centralized view of all users who have connected to or purchased access to your hotspot network.
Navigation
You can access this page by selecting Hotspot Customers > Hotspot Users from the sidebar menu.
Page Overview
This page allows one to:
- View a list of registered hotspot users
- Search users by name or phone number
- Apply filters to refine results
- Monitor user subscription status and history
Table Columns
| Column | Description |

| Name | The full name of the hotspot user. |
| Phone Number | The user’s registered phone number. |
| Total Subscriptions | Total number of subscriptions (past and current) the user has. |
| Subscription Status | Indicates whether the user currently has an active subscription. |
