Organization Management
Roles, permissions and organization
This section exists to provide a easy team work, assigning of roles by the admin and editing information on the organization.
Organization
On clicking Settings tab, you will navigate to the settings page and find a form where you can edit your organization information.
Plans and Billing
On clicking Settings tab, you will navigate to the settings page and move to the Plans & Billing tab.
AIRFibers offers three billing plans all with better features than the other.

Basic Plan: This plan offers the bare minimum to run a business.

Pro Plan: This plan has more advantages than the basic plan. With the ability to own more than one organization,stations and unlimited earnings, your business expands further and that will translate to better earnings. This is the plan we recommend for a business owner to give room for expansion.

Enterprise: This plan is customized to your business and negotiations can be made through the sales team. This is recommended for large businesses that would not want to be restricted and would want to retain more of their data.
Changing Plans
It is possible to change plans from one tier to another in the middle of the month. An invoice wil be sent that has an accumulation of what is owed from the previous tier and the next invoice will be an accumulation of the current tier usage.
Downgrading
Changing plans from a higher tier to a lower one is possible, however one would need to delete any excesses made from the higher tier, ie, downgrading from pro plan to basic would require one to cut down to one organization, one station, no team members or ads if any were created while in pro plan.
Invoices
Invoices will be sent to your email informing you of your current bill and its due payment date. You can also view your invoices through the View Invoices button in Plan Details.
Changing plans
When you change your plan, at any time, a new invoice will be generated to reflect the charges for the time spent on your previous plan.
Usage
Navigate to settings in the dashboard and click on Usage under organization Management.
This keeps track of your usage of resources and the accessibility of features as per your plan.
Once resources are exhausted, an upgrade will be required to keep adding features.
Roles and permissions
Navigate to settings in the dashboard and click on roles and permissions under organization Management.
You can create a new role and give certain permissions to to a team member through the role created.
To create a new role click on the create role button:
Inviting team members
You can invite your team members through the Teams tab.
Assign a specific role to the and an email will be sent to them to join the organization through a link provided in the email.
You will be able to view your list of invites through the invitation tab.
